Unimproved Lots 1 or 2 Owners
Condo Owners Associations have additional quarterly dues and fees and at times, special assessments for improvements.
Security force, maintenance of common areas, snow removal on streets, street repair, landscaping of common areas, fishing ponds, walking and biking trails, two outdoor swimming pools within Wintergreen, (excluding Club Pool at Stoney Creek golf course and Indoor Pool at the Wintergarden Aquatics Center) two outdoor tennis courts at Rodes Farm, master insurance, reserve fund and monthly meetings of a property-owners-elected Board of Directors.
*A fee applies for WPOA property owners whom have elected not to join the Wintergreen Resort & Club, and who desire access to the Wintergarden, golf courses, ski operations, the tennis center, Stoney Creek pool, tennis and fitness center and other WPI owned amenities.
