"How To" Join the Wintergreen Resort & Club

4 Easy Steps:

1. Purchase property at Wintergreen, either "on the mountain" or in Stoney Creek. There can be up to three owners on each Wintergreen property.

2. Purchase a Right of Membership
(referred to locally as "WPI" for $14,000 This "Right" may already be included in the deed to your Wintergreen property. Any of the three owners per property may join the Club if the Right of Membership has first been purchased. Many properties built or purchased prior to 1985 do not typically have the Right of Membership that conveys owner-to-owner.)

3. Make A One-time Capital Contribution
of $17,000 to Wintergreen Partners, Inc. which operates the Resort & Club. This contribution activates a personal Premier Equity Membership.

4. Annual Dues
Annual dues for 2008 start at $1,520 for reduced rates and special privileges to $25,000 for the Platinum Plus Full Membership which includes reciprocity at Kingsmill Resort and other Mountains of Distinction Ski Resorts.
