Becky Templeman joined Real Estate III in 2006 as one of central Virginia's top producing sales agents. She specializes in relocation buyers and enjoys the "art of" listing properties for sellers, especially in resort markets, rising in her tenth year of licensure that reflects designations in three states. She earned the Commonwealth of Virginia's Broker License in April 2006, Associate Broker licensing in Wyoming in 2006 and was a licensed salesperson in Colorado from 1989 until 1993.

Templeman is among an elite group of real estate agents in the United States and Canada trained by the Mike Ferry (MFO) One-on-One Coaching Program -- a business skills-building program for enhanced productivity and increased annual sales through a proven system for selling real estate.

In 2001 Becky Templeman was the lead sales manager for Wintergreen Partners, Inc. Premier Equity Membership Conversion drive, raising $35 million in needed capital for timely improvements. She has an exceptional understanding of Wintergreen Resort and the Resort & Club's Premier Equity Memberships. Templeman served the Charlottesville Albemarle Association of REALTORS' Community Relations Committee during 2004-05, and was part of the CAAR Media Advisory Committee media campaign committee for 2006.

When Becky's younger child, Cory, Jr. was a varsity baseball athlete at Western Albemarle High School in 1999, Becky led a parent group that raised $50,000 in matching funds to build the field house and complete the "field of dreams" at the Brownsville-Henley sports complex. Today, she has great pride in the team effort the Albemarle Public Schools and parent groups have displayed in other win/win ventures for successful fund-raising.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado State University and spent the summer of 2007 building her Wyoming real estate business in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, affiliated with Real Estate of Jackson Hole, 110 E.
