Becky Templeman entered the resort real estate market in 2002 and quickly rose to top producer status in 2005. In the first half of 2010, she listed and sold 40% of the total residential listings taken at Stoney Creek. When other agents were losing listings or facing tough opposition from their clients, Becky's properties going to the settlement table. How did she do it?

Becky's ability to list at high volume (currently she has 30 active listings,) represents a "formula" approach to each listing she takes in Wintergreen. Becky specializes in the "art of" listing properties and ALWAYS looks out for her sellers. . . rarely does she represent both sides of a transaction. When representing buyers, her critical eye for how a property should be marketed becomes a useful tool for clients on the other side of a transaction. Experience counts, too. She is rising in her 12th year of licensure that reflects designations in three states. Becky earned the Commonwealth of Virginia's Broker License in April 2006, has been an Associate Broker licensed in Wyoming since 2007 and was a licensed salesperson in Colorado from 1989 - 1993.

Besides her professional training and Virginia designations, Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado State University and spent the summer of 2007 building her resort business in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
