Becky Templeman is a resort real estate specialist, and one of the Wintergreen area's highly-recognized "name brands" among the micro-market professionals. She specializes by serving the desires of vacation-home buyers and listing properties for second-homeowners. Her career as a resort specialist is rising in its eighth year of an active presence at the Wintergreen Resort market. She has established herself as a qualified listing specialist with a critical eye when representing buyers on the other side of a transaction.

Becky real estate background reflects licensure to sell real estate in three states, and one that began in Colorado in 1989. She earned the Commonwealth of Virginia's Broker License in April 2006, Associate Broker licensing in Wyoming that same year, and became a Colorado Broker in 2009.

Templeman is among an elite group of real estate agents in the United States and Canada trained by the Mike Ferry (MFO) One-on-One Coaching Organization -- a business skills-building program for enhanced productivity, controlled business management and expenses, and increased annual sales through a proven system for selling real estate.

Becky Templeman operates her business on the premise that effective agents are first-and- foremost, responsive to their clients! Her number one priority is to service her listing clients. In 2001 Becky Templeman was the lead sales manager for Wintergreen Partners, Inc. Premier Equity Membership Conversion Campaign, raising millions in needed capital for timely improvements. She has an exceptional understanding of Wintergreen Resort and publishes a Five Year Sales History Report to monitor market cycles. She has owned two properties at the Resort and moved to the Resort since 2000.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado State University and spent the summer of 2007 building a destination-resort business in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
